Shuhaimi Baba has established herself as a pioneering figure in Malaysian cinema, with a career spanning over three decades. Prof Lu Bin Jury Professor Lu Bin is a distinguished academic and visionary leader in the field of film and cultural studies. Holding the prestigious position of Master's Director at the renowned Beijing Film Academy and Vice President of Qingdao Film Academy. Dato Afdlin Shauki Jury Dato’ Afdlin Shauki is a prominent Malaysian film producer, screenwriter, director, actor, and comedian, renowned for his multifaceted contributions to the Malaysian entertainment industry. Aida Begic Jury Aida Begić is an accomplished filmmaker renowned for her impressive contributions to the world of cinema. Graduating in directing from the Sarajevo Academy of Performing Arts, her talent quickly gained recognition.

Entries / Submission Guidelines

Movies can gain acceptance into the Official Selection for various categories, including Competition, Out of Competition, or Un Certain Regard. The selection committee holds the exclusive authority to determine the specific category in which a chosen film will be presented. To submit a film, you need to: Comply with the preselection conditions Fill out the online entry form Upload your film online (for short films) Send your film (for the feature films) to the address indicated at the bottom of the entry form If your film is selected, you must comply with the festival’s rules and regulations FILMS SUBMISSION FOR THE SELECTION 2025 IS OPEN! Info The ITA Awards, with a focus on promoting the development of a global community with a shared future for humanity, seeks outstanding film and Telenovela programs that embody universal human values and align with common aesthetic aspirations. Its aim is to deepen cultural exchanges, foster mutual appreciation among civilizations, and enhance mutual understanding among people from all nations.
